"It is a downside. Word can't get out because the other Alphas believe they have a right to the Omegas," he agreed with that. "And those people who have come here under asylum would be at risk. But, when we find Omegas at risk or being abused, we bring them here."

He walked with her, not even dismissing her case. Yes, it was mild compared to some others but that didn't make it any less valid.

"There are programs to help transition, even a few centers for those who go into heat and don't feel comfortable yet on their own or in their homes. We can do only so much. I hope that in the future, we can do more. But opening up this place to the general public? I can't put everyone else here at risk."
